Tina Daniels is thirteen years old and she is a star.She can sing and dance. Everyone knows her . Everyone loves her. They call her 'Curls' because she has beautiful curly hair. They all want her photo. She can have anythings she  wants 

?But is she happy

 Tina, why are you eating chocolates?" her mother ask.

"  I like them they are nice  "Tina says

"mrs daniels: you are getting fat and a fat girl doesent get a lots of money in hollywood

Tina:you want the moneyi dont.

Tina is angry with her mother and mrs daniels is angry with Tina Tina leaves the room and cries.

tina is very sad. she does not want to be star. she   wants a quiet life. One dday she has a idea. her schoolfriend,mary, has a grand mother called mrs white.Old mrs white lives in the country, in stonechurch. It looks very pretty not like they city! Tina decides to go there.

Tina is at city station. she is wearing jeans and  an old jumper.people do not know who she is

?The man at the ticket office: where do you want to go young girl

?Tina: stonechurch please. whens the next train

man:the train leave at two o clock from platfram three

Tina buys her ticket.

Tina arrives at sonechurch. she sees an old house near the river it is tha house in the photo there are folwers and tree in th garden

Tina thinks mrs white must live here. she goes to the front door and rings the bell. and old lady with white hair and a kind face opens the door. A black cat comes out too.

?The old lady: good afternoon who are you

Tina: oh hello  mrs white. my name is Tina I am a schoolfriend of your grand dughter

- she hates the city life

well come in and have a cup o tea my dear-

Tina and mrs white drink a tea and talk. mrs white does not know Tina is a star she does not have a tv or radio. Tina is very happy

mrs white: Tina you can stay with me for a week but first you must telephone your mother

Tina is angry with her mother  and doesnt telephone her

BUT

Tina says : mother ?yes

and her face is little red

Tow days later mrs white is taking Tina for a walk

mrs white: look at the lambs

Tina: yes i love them I want to be lamb they can jump and run and be happy

you can run and jump and be happy tpoo Tina-

.. No iI cant

 Tina you  are young run-

Three days later Tina is with bella the horse . she loves and give her some sugar.

Today the postman has a letter for mrs white . when he sees Tina

he says i dont belive it s curls! evryones looking for you  you are in all the newspapers

he runs to his red van to find his newspaper

mrs   white read s the postmans newspaper

?Mrs white: you are the lost tv star arent you

I dont underestand.... your mother .... oh

Tina: yes I am curlus but pieas dont send me home I am her with you

I am coming with you to see your mother I have got a good idea-

Tina' s mother is very happy to see Tina again. Mrs white explaines her idea: Tina can go to her friend's school on the island og Guernsry between England France . Tina can have friend there who do not know she is Curls

Mrs danials: what ? I want Tina to be star

Mrs white: she wants to be happy

Tina is at school inGuernsey. she has new friends and new interest. One day Tina's friend is reading a magazine. It is about film and television stars. There are lots of beautiful photos of beautiful people. evryone look's very happy

The friend : what a wonderful life

Tina smiles to herself and says

who wants to be a star? I dont

 

Tina daniels is a famous TV star her mother has grand plans for her but Tina is unhappy she wants to get away from it all and she disappears to the countryside to learn another way of life
